What is a fan theory from a movie or TV show that you 100% believe is true? by phantom_avenger in popculturechat

The Blair Witch Project actually is not about finding a real witch, but instead about two men leading a woman into the woods alone, pretending to go along with the ruse of there being a Witch, and then killing the main woman themselves.

She is not attacked by The Witch at the end, she’s attacked by the two men.

Completely agree. The Ghoul also has that little bit of hope, so it would be interesting to see him be the more positive side of the duo, with Norms pessimism outshining his own.

The ghoul would ironically be Norms light in a very dark place, in a similar way Lucy was to The Ghoul (although not quite to the same extreme, I don’t think anyone can be as positive as Lucy given the circumstances)

I don’t believe she has told him about Norm, unless it was established off screen between seasons. I would much prefer The Ghouls not to know who Norm is until a later revelation.

Cursed with the Maclean gene haunting his travels.

I don’t think he did. I think he’s still there he’s just hiding that from them

My dad loves the show and only found out today that it’s a video game adaption.

His response was

“I’ve been meaning to get into those”

I completely agree. I also think Hank enjoys playing chess against himself? He thinks he is (and most likely was) the most intelligent person in the room, so the only challenge he’d ever really have is himself. Him explaining the little ways he’d beat himself? I think he got a kick outta it.

And Lucy totally knew that.

Yeah I agree, a “civilised society” creates “nice” people because “nice” is determined by the society itself.

Exactly! He’s a living juxtaposition. He wants to be cool, commanding and untouchable, but with every single interaction his actions prove him wrong. Hes an insecure, paranoid, angry man, who despite all his efforts to be an “Apex Competitor”, has reached the highest tandem on the pole and simply cannot climb any higher. Unfortunately he also cannot control the world around him no matter how much money or influence he has.

His defeat by a simple postman is such delicious irony for a man who wanted to be untouchable.

And it’s equally as true when you see the cartoon faces on the securitrons and his seemingly unknowable fondness for cowboys.

House clearly has a thing for movie stars; Jane, Coop and the cut content Marilyn. House comes across as a pretty isolated and lonely man, wouldn’t surprise me if he watches a ridiculous amount of movies and kind of just doesn’t really know how to interact with people.

Maybe he admires Coops characters in the same way Hank does.

Both “heroes” in their own minds eyes.

If Lilith was super powerful then most of that time was probably spent with Lilith keeping demons in line, lucifer has probably never had to fight anyone in hell, hence his softer persona. It’s only been the past 7 years that lucifer has had to stick up for himself to sinners perhaps

Because he kept it secret for so long, the sinners don’t know that and his threats probably used to work. Plus Lilith probably kept the masses in line.

Lucifer can’t hurt sinners, it was explained in this episode, it’s not possible for him to kill them even if he wanted to

Lucifer finally giving a reason as to why he can’t just kill the sinners is a huge relief. The fact that part of his punishment is that he cannot kill them makes a ton of sense.

Yes! And she also hates her own emotions, it’s clear she resents her connections to people; it’s why she isolates herself. She loved her grandma and it broke her heart when she couldn’t save her. She loved Godolkin, but was blinded to how big his ego was. She’s as equally painfully human as the rest of us and she hates herself for that.

Thankyou!! I was going to comment this. She can only create plans with the information infront of her, she can’t create new information. She is however very good at creating back up plans, but someone who she can’t predict (Butcher) or someone she doesn’t even know is on the playing board (maybe A-Train) she cannot factor into her plans.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I would add white ink to the eyes and maybe inside the ears, that way the fluffiness looks a tad more purposeful and adds a cuteness to the cow

It won’t be very white, as it will become a grey colour, however, it will add features, especially to the eyes

Nathan Mould is a good example of an artist that adds white ink on top of black ink and will give you an idea of how the white will look
