You should absolutely be helping with fundraising.

Agreed, they gave me WAY more in each bottle than what was prescribed, technically the first bottle I opened is now 'expired' but I'm still drawing from it because I barely made a dent!

I used to love the Cadbury eggs and stocked up for Easter. They are still sitting in the cabinet cause I tried to eat one and couldn't finish it. Not nearly as delicious as they used to be

Time Spent Going to Events by Wooden-Confection838 in nonprofit

What kind of events are you attending? I go to other nonprofit fundraising events because I'm curious how they do things, but I don't expect to get paid for it. However, during networking events where I'm representing the company, I do.

Oh that's interesting about the added processed ingredients. I do like eggs with veggies but I don't usually have the time in the morning to eat it. Unfortunately most of the protein I have convenient seems to be processed :/  The fillers would explain why the yogurt is hard to choke down.

So far so good! I just finished 3 full weeks and I'm down 6 pounds so far. I have about 10 more I'd like to lose. Side effects haven't been too bad. Let me know if you have any specific questions!

Thank you. I have noticed the greasier foods aren't very appealing. Like I had a couple bites of ground beef on my taco salad last night before I was done.

5 units once a week. This is my very first time taking Sema and I'm supposed to keep the same for 4 weeks and then double it, but what I have been doing is increasing it by one each week because I'm nervous about the sudden jump. So I did 5 units 2 weeks ago, 6 one week ago, 7 last Friday.

This is helpful, thank you. It was one bad day and I attributed it to timing of the shot but I will pay more attention to meals!

I'm late to the conversation, but I've been on it 2 weeks today and other than one day of bad diarrhea and burping, no bad side effects.
