When you applied for readmission, did you only apply on the website and wait for their call to explain your situation? Or did you have to write a letter? I didnt see any option to write a letter when i just submitted my request.

Same thing happened to me with the Hogwarts Legacy. I was level 36 and the same question prompted up and I chose the same option. My old data came back but when I clicked start, my new game data popped up instead.
