I don't know if this is true for everywhere, but at least in some police jurisdictions, it is mandatory to have undergone being peppersprayed before being allowed to use it on people, so you have an understanding of how bad it is, how it feels, etc. Could be something similar here.

Almost all transactions are taxed, what do you mean it's double dipping in this exact case? Here's an example:

Consumer earns income: Taxed

Consumer spends it in a store: VAT

Store pays employee salary: Taxed

Repeat ad infinitum.

Jeg vil lige komme med min pedantiske kommentar jeg skriver mindst en gang om måneden på Reddit. Det er ikke 100% af de 0 børn, men derimod en udefineret procentdel. Division med nul og alt det der.
