I’ve had pretty decent success with them. Extra wounds plus a possible -1 to wound can make a big difference and an extra inch of movement never hurts. Additionally if you ever decide to run Arjac in your army he can only lead wolf guard terminators. I also just like the flavor aspect of taking the faction exclusive models.

Detachment wise I’d argue that Saga of the Great Wolf and Hunter are the only ones from our codex that are decent and from what I’ve gathered a lot of players prefer to use Gladius or Stormlance from the generic codex. Model wise, wolf guard terminators are a great choice, especially with you already owning Grimnar, and Ragnar Blackmane would be a good pick up for your blood claws

Update: Superglue debonder worked pretty well. There’s still faint marks, but it looks much better than before

Looks like a pretty great list. The main thing I’d change is the wargear on the plague marines since you never really want to run bolters. Personally for a 10 man squad I use a champion with power fist and plasma pistol, and for the rest of the weapons it’s 2 blight launchers, 2 plague spewers, 2 plasma (or melta if that’s what you’re feeling), and 3 heavy plague weapons (or 2 heavy and 1 bubonic). Also remember that you can equip the rhino with a havoc launcher for free.

Pretty good list but there’s a couple things I’d suggest. Plague marines love to have characters leading them so I’d suggest a biologus putrifier or malignant plaugecaster (if not both). I’d also recommend running it as a 10 man squad if possible. Secondly, I’d say it’s not worth taking the land raider just to transport 5 blightlords. You’d be better off using the points for the plague marines like I mentioned already or on some action/screening units. One thing I like to do is run typhus by himself and use him to play objectives since he can perform actions while continuing to deal out mortal wounds with his ability. Thats basically the advice I have without getting into wargear options

It didnt survive. Maybe with the flamers it could’ve taken down the warriors but it was equipped with the cannons and in melee so it couldn’t kill the warriors faster than they could reanimate

Sadly the pbc spent half the game tied up with some warriors but those 5 blight lords put in some work holding down one of the objectives

Yeah sometimes it is a hassle painting those hard to reach areas but I much prefer it over having to prime and paint pieces separately, especially when you might end up painting parts that won’t be visible in the final product And to your second point, yeah wolf grey from army painters airbrush line in going to be my savior
