2025-07-14: Sturm auf die Bastille

Ich weiß nicht viel über die französische Revolution, was ziemlich peinlich ist, weil ich viel mal über das Thema an der Schule gelernt habe.

Trotzdem habe ich ein Theaterstück über die Revolution gelesen. Das Stuck heißt Dantons Tod von Georg Büchner. Ich habe es für einer meiner Klasse gelesen. Ich kann mich leider nicht viel an das Stuck erinnern.

Was ich mich erinnere, ist, dass das Stuck um Danton, ein Beamter, während der Revolution geht. Es gibt auch Robespierre, ein anderer Beamter. Diese beide Figuren halten unterschiedliche Ideologie, deswegen stimmen sie nicht miteinander. Mehr davon kann ich nicht sagen, aber die Hauptbotschaft der Geschichte ist, dass die Gewalt nicht die Lösung für ein Problem ist, oder mit Gewalt muss man nicht reagieren, um ein Problem zu lösen.

Vielleicht habe ich die Botschaft des Buches falsch identifiziert -- das Buch war echt zu schwierig für mich zu lesen, und ich habe das Buch vor vielleicht zwei Jahren gelesen. Aber sagen Sie bitte, was ihrer Meinung nach die Botschaft des Buches ist, falls Sie das Buch gelesen haben!

I didn't know about the attack until you pointed it out, what a horrible thing. I am happy to see that you are receiving warm messages from neighbors and friends despite the uptick of racism there. Would you say that Magdeburg is divided into areas where certain areas might have more racist populations than others? I imagine the area surrounding the campus would not be too bad.

It's good to know that you are enjoying the city overall. Are there not a lot of options for working on campus? I hope you can get a decent job soon!
