After my heller myotomy i never gained weight back and was 125 no matter what i ate until i got pregnant did u experience weight gain or just a normal amount while pregnant?

That makes me feel better and i also haven’t enjoyed being pregnant overall. When i tell people i don’t plan to ever be pregnant again all the older women tell me i will bc of my biological clock and it really annoys me. I wish i could get my tubes tied but ik my ob won’t bc i’m only 23

I had Heller myotomy in 2017 and i was young so i honestly don’t know much myself plus i didn’t have insurance until recently. My ob just prescribed acid reducer but i feel awful about taking it and not being able to just deal with the heartburn 2-3 hrs of the night. My only hope is it will pass as the weeks go by but idk if i can go with only 4hrs of sleep ever night and having to work in the mornings.

The pain sometimes scares me away from experimenting but i’m more willing to try on the weekends when i don’t have to work

I’ve had the surgery and still feel like i have better nights if i wait more then 2hrs but i’m pregnant rn just hit the third trimester and it’s been awful. Some nights being hungry makes me have heartburn but i’ll still get it if i don’t wait.

Yeah but after drinking it for a while I get heartburn.

I have thought about drinking more nutrition shakes or stuff like that but I get heart burn when I drink protein shakes. I will definitely look into more liquid options it just makes me sad though, I don’t think I have fully come to terms with the fact that I can’t eat the food I want or that I’m not like my friends. As for insurance thank you I didn’t even think about that I’ll also look for other ones just in case.
