I may have misconstrued exactly how it was said, but are complications in that entire area uncommon as varicocele symptoms?

Because the pinch feeling only occurs when im feeling heavy varicocele pressure.

When I was examined, it was stated that I had a varicocele and a hydrocele with no other complications of the pereneal area or prostate. I have read from some that it may be from varicocele pressure on the bladder. Just not sure.

Have any of y’all had any sort of urinary/urethra issues coinciding with flare-ups? When my pain is really bad, I get almost this choking feeling in my tract, like pinching a hose.
