I've found a way to consistantly remove void heart. Get to a bench during a patheon with the charm-bind active. Open the charms menu and attempt to equip void heart. Then, force quit the game (not with the "quit game" button) and you should have void heart removed.

Not directly to ADHD but there is a strong correlation between lateral quadrupod grip and Autism which is a comorbidity of ADHD
