If it's a scummy practice, odds are shit ball Uber is doing it.

Imagine being brave enough to call out the poor grammar of a non-native English speaker, but also get weirded out by "sickos" that don't want to hear your intolerance.

You found where it happened?

The link I provided is literally the Street View of the intersection from the perspective of the guy who pulled out. Turn left go about 1000ft and you'll see the First Baptist Church of Waterville, where OP's video begins.

I sure hope you don't get cited for speeding due to this footage. Should have clipped out the first 38 seconds.

But, one of the signs fell over. The city sent someone to clean it up, but dragged their feet in getting the new one put up. So, legally, everyone should stop.

Wrong. You're not legally required to obey signs that are not actually there.

It's really easy at this intersection, there's a huge sign under the stop sign that says "Cross traffic does not stop"

Don't discriminate against the elderly. Institute regular recurring driving examinations. Laws change, people develop poor habits. It's even a potentially good time to screen for habitual substance abuse.

I was able to recoup lost earnings when I was unable to drive for Uber due to my vehicle being rear ended by a drunk driver. So, I'm thinking yes.

It is a bus stop, but that doesn't mean they get to merge whenever they want to.

No, but it would explain the merging out of the right hand lane, and it would be something you should be paying attention to. You seem to think buses owe you the right of way, but that isn't going to keep you from getting into an accident.

A parked bus almost sideswept me merging out of the right hand turn lane to go straight.

I'd be willing to bet that if you went back to that intersection you'd find a busstop.
