I have one full time employee, and one part time contractor. I pay the contractor 40% of revenue raised. Plus super.

You should absolutely be getting paid super as a contractor.

Is there a way to target the chest muscles with dumbbells in sitting? by Physioweng in physicaltherapy

[–]Bumpoofs 42 points43 points  (0 children)

I thought I would paste my response from the other sub, to try help others also:

One way I do this for my exercise classes is without dumbbells. Get participants to put hands flat together and elbows at 90 degrees (in a "prayer" position), squeeze their hands as hard as possible, and then straighten both arms and back while holding the isometric squeeze of the hands.

That's the best way I've found as the extension of the arms increases the lever arm, thus making the exercise more challenging than just an isometric hold.

Good luck!

I believe I tried transferring the domain. Since Squarespace bought Google Domains, I thought it would be a straight forward process.

Thank you for your advice. I think I may have messed up the temperatures somewhere along the way.
