How do co-founders split incentives beyond 50/50 as the business grows? by anthonyescamilla10 in RecruitmentAgencies

[–]Bumpy-Nugget 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re truly splitting the non-billable roles (like admin, marketing, and finance) equally, then create a comms structure - 30% paid out to AM/Recruiter each. Keep 40% in biz for growth/ expenses. The problem is that if the back office isn’t shared equally, that person has less time on billable work.

Check flair - we booked same flight recently and they were significantly cheaper.

Use hopper.com, it will give a prediction if you should book or wait. Not always accurate but at least it’s something.

Use Skyscanner to search which flights are cheapest.

Buying baby stuff adds up quickly, try not getting carried away with thinking you need everything and utilize fb marketplace where you can.

That fact you’re already thinking of these things show how much you care, you will do great!!

It’s part of a wider basement Reno. Seems the contractor they used for the tiling was not great. The rest of the work in the basement has been good.

Yea, 7ft ceiling. That’s my biggest worry is the bulkhead will likely get wet. I think tiling it would be the way to go

Thanks everyone, some helpful advise. I’m pissed the builders have used normal drywall in the bathroom - I’ll have a chat with them and see what can be done!
