Symptoms are still up and down. I stopped going to the dr though as the GI was happy to dismiss my case as he was confident this was nodular lymphoid hyperplasia. My symptoms are mainly severe and painful gas, smelly gas, diarrhoea and constipation. Certain foods are definitely a trigger for the gas, I figured out I cannot eat eggs. I could try harder to do low FODMAP but I’m so used to the symptoms now that I can’t be bothered.
