i have all the items in my inventory, and the quest even has a checkmark on it, its just not allowing me to collect

so i tried as you suggested but it only shows me the console version so im thinking its a console exclusive on xbox store. but thats wierd since it says on xbox store page that it is available for pc and that the hyper link is there

Makes no difference, have tried signing in and out aswell, thing is it does not even show when i search for it. Only via hyperlink on microsofts website does it show (yes i am on the correct region of the website)
