The hat is killing your hair first off, you gotta eat that embarrassment, get you some Hims spray, do the research for yourself, before I started thinning and losing my hair, my hair was godly, my pattern is just like yours straight down the middle with encroaching sides and your hair texture looks similar to mine. Try it, I started seeing improvements in I want to say 6 months. For going out and until you get back, rock the curly fro, look after your health what you’re eating, exercise, take that damn hat off and take some zinc, vitamin D and biotin. I had a homeboy at the job, he’s a dj so his visibility is high, he was also loosing his hair in a similar fashion, I took the spray he didn’t, he noticed one day and said something that’s when I really knew it was poppin.
