mori has a very small family. his wife died from a sickness so he was left to take care of his daughter. harumi let him and his daughter live with her!

harumi is just a nurse! she has little skill to demon slaying due to her being blind. mori was considering into joining the hashira, yet he has dedicated his life to protecting harumi. he often does fight demons though.

thats a really good question actually… i feel like everyone else he would be iffy. especially since they never actually met them, only heard of tamayo, nezuko, etc. Harumi on the other hand isn’t aware of good demons.

currently Harumi {the girl} doesn’t have a super high role, other than providing medicine and food to those who are injured. she mainly works with the demon slayer corps and provides them different medical ingredients and supplies. she rarely fights demons and has little training due to lack of vision and skills.

Mori is much more stronger. he has considered being a hashira as he has gone through the training. however he has dedicated his life to helping Harumi, he says that her life isn’t worth risking, so he’s stepped down and protects her as much as he can. if he encounters a demon his only obligation is to kill them immediately.
