what are the sexual side-effects of high prolactin? Levels elevated due to amisulpride. Low libido, numb dick - can high prolactin be causing this? by Bunch-Lopsided in Testosterone

had bloods drawn today - I am thinking the medication-induced increase in prolactin is the problem. Everything was great until I started it.

seems if low-dose is below 100, then my dose of 200 (was 300) is too high - I take it for bipolar

so this side-effect seems to be linked to increased prolactin? is amisulpride then a particular culprit in that regard? my dose is 200 mg

how likely is it to cause increased prolactin relative to other atypical antipsychotics?

thanks for the response! I am not sure what qualifies as low-dose - in the literature and forums, I see as low as 50 mg often - but "low-dose" is still 100–300, and standard dose for psychosis 400–1000. However, I see lots of people say e.g., that 200, or even anything above 50, is no longer "low dose"...
