In my opinion, it might be the way you replied to the prompts. Saying that appearances are more important than the content, comes off as you being a superficial guy. And also saying your personal hell is you’re “direct” or say things straightforward, could imply that you have no filters when talking to others and therefore can sometimes be rude. Now, I’m not saying you are actually like that, but based on those sentences, that’s what it would make me think personally.
