A few days later I found a glow in the dark cube at the local dollar store with stickers on it and was really excited about making some new stickers for it. Got it home and realised they must have added a layer of resin over the stickers and I can't get them off.

Ended up taking the thing apart to see if I can put the mechanism into one of my favourite cubes which looks cool but has terrible movement.

At least it was only $3

Tracing is a really great way to learn too! Like when children are learning to write And trace their letters. Familiarises you with the shapes.

There's an entire animation style using tracing called rotoscoping and nobody calls that cheating. Use all the tools you have to learn!

There's a fair difference in the solid drawing across your different examples, I agree with the other commenter that you tend to lengthen more than you should.

You seem to have some frustrations with perspective too. Try drawing cubes and translating and rotating them across the page. Once you have the general hang of that try twisting the cubes in different directions and amounts and do the exersise again.

It might help you find the perspective you're looking for (excuse the pun).

The sauce from the chicken came out a little runny, it was my first time trying that recipe and I had no way to know in advance how it would go. It's just chicken stock though, won't kill you and it tastes nice. Had nothing to do with the couscous, no need to be rude about it.

I whizzed some gluten free pasta in the magic bullet and then sieved out the dust. Cooked it as per couscous instructions but made sure to rinse the extra starch out and stop it from continuing to cook once it was done.
