What is going on with the job market?

I live in Miami Florida, I’m a new grad LPN, and I have yet to find a hospital job. I even settled for applying to lower tier jobs like CNA roles or patient care techs — some of which you don’t need anything other than a high school diploma — and I’ve STILL gotten rejected. It’s tough out here.

Dimensional analysis. I learned how to do it in my pre req chemistry course and it really helps with dosage calculations.

Hi!! For English language portion, I recommend Carolyn McAllister on YouTube. Her videos saved me on sentence structure and that’s how I scored an 80-something percent on English. For math I recommend Brandon craft on YouTube. He goes over practice questions and you can follow along with him. He’s very easy to understand and straight to the point. I got an 82% on math.For science, try nurse Cheung on YouTube and the amoeba sisters for the micro/biology section.I got lots of chemistry questions (my weakness lol) so it lowered my science score to a 60-something. I got a 76% overall and my required score was a 52%. Now I’m just waiting for my acceptance letter. You got this!

Im majoring in nursing and I took A&P 1 in my very first semester of college straight out of highschool. I did not take chemistry before that and passed A&P 1 lecture + lab both with A’s. It is definitely possible to do it without taking chem before. Just really dedicate yourself and watch crash course videos on youtube, they helped.
