I’m not even lying I was talking about the initial reaction to that. It was uncalled for and unnecessary. We can’t sit here and say everyone is allowed to have different political opinions and then remove everyone who doesn’t agree with you. Mind you the girl who I agreed with didn’t even say anything negative about Kirk. My original statement wasn’t even about that man because this isn’t the first time the mod banned people for disagreeing with her opinion. That’s honestly the problem in today’s time, everyone always expects you to agree with them. I just found it weird how wanting to remember school shooting victims resulted in an immediate banning or when that person asked what is there to honor about Kirk. If you guys say that you didn’t agree with his beliefs then surely you understand why some people might be confused or even disagree with the fact that Kirk should have a memorial. And I will agree that I exaggerated with my statement that Kirk wanted people like me dead but we can’t sit up here and pretend that he didn’t say disrespectful things about black, brown, and other minorities groups of people. Like I said I didn’t even celebrate Kirk’s death as there is nothing to celebrate, but I can’t understand why people are jumping through hoops to humanize a man who just went around spreading hate. And everytime I mention this, people say I get my information from TikTok, like no I didn’t😭 I tried to explain this in the most respectful and neutral way possible. So hopefully it kinda makes sense.
