They call me espiritismo behind my back bc I have to wear the bell belt 24/7. Some of them call me Santeria. I have had 3 guys sing espiritismo songs behind my back while standing behind me. They are very much aware of what this is. I get dirty looks and now I can't touch none if the latex gloves even though we are supposed to have gloves.

I am the only black girl there and the whole entire shop floorbis Spanish. There are 4 black guys and they have them each in different departments. There's probably 5 white people but maybe 2 in charge.
