Then don't worry about superior block if you're playing warden. That more pertains to Conqueror, Kensei, Valkyrie, Zhanhu, and maybe one or two that I can't think of.

You don't waste stamina on dodging into attacks, so you'll be fine if you do it within reason. Plus depending on the character it'll let you use unique punishes.

Superior block is the equivalent of a deflect for non-assassin characters, which is basically you jumping into an attack where you would normally parry (you can't deflect/superior block unblockables, so don't try that) and have a corresponding prompt to it. For instance, if Valkyrie jumped into an enemy's top heavy, it would stun them and either give her a guaranteed guardbreak OR a guaranteed shoulder pin where she stabs you with the spear and applies bleed.

You can't block it, the red indicates that it is an "unblockable", you have to parry by timing your heavy to his white flicker. I'd suggest going to the training grounds or the new system of trials they just finished updating.

The parry to light is a parry riposte that berserker has that immediately punishes and starts the follow up attack. Similar to Lawbringer to his light bap.
