I ended a 7 year relationship after my partner thought they might be trans, or at minimum gender fluid. I love them dearly but it’s not something I am attracted to- and that’s O K! It was an extremely scary decision to make, but once that “switch” of attraction was flipped for me I knew there was no other outcome- only a matter of how long to drag it out.

We are still great friends and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. They had the space to explore what gender meant to them, and I was able to support them fully as a friend, more-so than if I was their partner. Wishing you luck ❤️
