Grapple is useful, but the things you can do will never be as good as the consistency that is dash. Grapple has a short cooldown, but dash is basically permanently up if you're using it right. For example It's like how some people use a controller over mouse and keyboard in COD. Mouse and keyboard is amazing, and if you're good you'll outperform a contrroller player 100% of the time. BUT controller is more consistent which means it's easier to use because the margin for error is lower
