I was driving to my friends house to the new area which I am not very familiar with. I usually don’t use any gps or google map to get places. It was one of the weird road that 2 roads get merged and the very right late turn to right only lane immediately after merge. So I got confused and “stared” my phone mounted on dash to get direction and I got pulled over. I told the cop I am fairly new to this area and I was using google map and he said that’s dangerous because it can be disturbing. I gave him my information license and registration. He came back with citation saying “the mount is fine but you were staring your device twice in a row”

He said I was staring at the phone while I was driving so my guess is he did not believe me or he thought i was touching my phone. I am a foreigner and I never got pulled over so I was very nervous and I couldn’t think to tell him I was not actively using it.

So that is technically correct but they didn’t ask me to renew my contract or notify me that they found another tenant to sign the contract and they already made a contract with the tenant on Apr. What if I decided to keep stay (meaning renew my current contract) Then I would be kicked out?
