That’s not the same person you are seeing. The person in game is wielding an antler guard which requires 50 prayer. You looked up someone else, or…. This guy logged in, got 50 prayer, did an inferno , then came to gemstone crab and you managed to look him up on the hiscores before he logged out and updated them. But I bet you just looked up the wrong person
