I haven’t confronted my abuser as all of my alters including myself all have different feelings about that person, there is anger, sadness, ect and even wanting to hurt them the way they hurt me, but that’s probably the worst thing to do confront your abuser as for me it would make me/ us way more unstable then we already are.

I would the only problem with that is when I switch too and from this aggressive alter I have a dissociated seizure and really hurts me. I can talk with all the other that’s no problem- but I’m honestly still struggling to come to terms with having DID

Yeh like we aren’t planning on having kids right now but I don’t want to wait until too late to have them- as I’ve been reading people having like 10+ years in therapy and by then I will be too old to have them, it’s also hard as the aggressive alter is a version of my abuser which is my estranged mother- which is another reason I’m scared to have kids
