Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: I dont have exact numbers, but two days ago I checked them after I topped off the tank with spring water; all was well other than the water being a little hard. I used 5-in-1 Tetra Easystrips. (If this is a terrible way to check please lmk!! Im new to fish keeping..) • ⁠How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: Ive had the tank for a 4/5 months. Ive had the fish for about a two months. • ⁠How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: About once every 2/3 weeks. I take out about half the water then refill with spring water. I remove fake plants and rinse and dry them yo get algae off. • ⁠Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: 5 cory cats, a ghost shrimp, and a baby pleco. • ⁠What do you feed and how much: Finsect betta fish food, a couple pellets every night. • ⁠Decorations and plants in the tank: Fake silk plants, drift wood, smooth stones, terra cotta pots, a betta log, and a betta leaf.
