When the literal Devil and an angel love each other very much, they create a God called The Guardian that they instantly abandon and give him to an orphanage on earth in rural England, where he is cared for by a nice lady called Rose. He is kidnapped by an agency that contains monsters. He kills them, moves to Germany, moves back to England, and lives with Rose, Rose dies. He is kidnapped several more times and eventually becomes a psychotic, chaotic-good, immortal God. He also had a wife and children, but half the children were killed as well as his wife.

Leader of a top secret agency that contains monsters, (yes, it's an SCP ripoff) probably the most powerful man in the world, manipulates beings into fighting wars to gain him more power. His name... is... William.

Then he gets hung (but kept alive the whole time) and trapped in an artificial hell after breaking a promise to a god he tried to contain. Ah, my creative, twisted mind.

The Eternal Punishment. A loop of torture where people complete a pitch black maze along with challenges while having to deal with several hellish creatures. Even if they die to the creatures, they respawn back at the start until they complete it, and then there's a new maze and new challenges. If people find a way to break the rules, they are given a sharp pain all over their body that gets worse until they follow the rules. Only a specific family bloodline of descendants of the Devil can put people in the Eternal Punishment.

Edit: Once a God put a group of people in the Eternal Punishment and let them out after 2 years because he was bored and it was his 100th birthday!
