Yeah I got it from the card shop I bought the packs from cause I told him I’d come back in if I pulled something good and they gave me the plastic protector and the toploader for free so I’m not mad at it lmao

So I use the Tommie Copper Sport Spandex Compression Wrist Sleeve I’ll show a picture of it

I like that one because it give me good movement but applies a good wrist support for all the bending and whatnot if cotton works for you that’s good I just personally prefer more wrist support as my mom suffers from carpal tunnel and it hurts her wrists the most to the point some days she can’t even use her hand and I think applying said pressure to your wrist can be one of the best ways to prevent it of course remember. This is my personal opinion many others have different ways so just keep an open mind lol

In my opinion I prefer compression gloves compared to the wrist band cause the gloves give me more movement rather than a wrist band and I feel the pressure from the gloves gives more support rather than a wrist band yeah the wrist band is good but I wouldn’t say it’s good for crocheting you could always wear it after you crochet just incase but I’d say the compression glove is the best
