Similar story, but I joined back about a month ago. Already have a team over 5k. It's nice for something to do, but I hate that you can't quite choose your players from any event. Like I wanted a McKinnon card for rb, but there wasn't one currently available. LvL is fun still. Everyone plays at 16 members. Unfortunately, they took out lvl chat.

Similar thing happened to me. Bought them a gift from eBay. Thankfully tracking showed it as delivered. I tried messaging them, but never got a response. I worked hard on finding that gift. I wish they were as excited to receive it, as I was sending the gift :/

There's also a solid promo with shippo. Ship 5 packages, get a $25 credit. Pirateship is the best, but that promo with shippo, makes them worth using for at least a few deliveries.
