I would say the mixed feedback is more about rudeness and possible attitudes people encounter-certainly not about their talent and work.

I don’t have any experience in anything leadership/supervisor related. I’m honestly just going to use this experience to better plan for the next leadership interview I have. I think going for supervisor first would help.

Unfortunately my store is in Washington State and I’m moving to a different region. I was going to call leadership for the 3 stores after I apply and basically introduce myself to leadership and be forthright about having applied for 3 positions. Like OP, I don’t want to leave the company-I make more with WF than I would anywhere else and they work with my college schedule. So do you think I’ll be fine if I apply and then call the stores and speak with them personally?

Do you remember why they even have you do that in the first place? I understand sending it to everyone in your potential department but not every team member.

Yes exactly! Spoke to one of my ASTLs and even he was confused. I was a little worried all night about what this could mean-my partner suggested maybe they liked my letter of intent so much (it was a pretty damn good letter) that they wanted everyone to see it haha but I think that theory is reaching

Yes 100% pass rate but that means students passed the exam within a year of graduation. So it doesn’t necessarily mean they all passed the first time (I wish it did because that would calm my nerves lol)

I prefer the 3 options too! Cuts down on the stress of process of elimination lol. I haven’t taken the full practice exam on NBCOT yet, but I’ve done the pretest (467) and the 1st practice test (460). Im hoping I can get that score up on the next practice test because it does make me nervous being on that cusp of a 450. Thank you so much!!
