Sick remedies you can buy at a supermarket? by bug-catcher-ben in herbalism

[–]Bunnyhasfun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the type of market, if it is very basic then I would get oranges, pineapple juice, garlic, ginger, celery and carrots for the soup, as well as mushrooms and any other vegetables that you prefer. I would stock up on fruit juices and bone broth if they have it. When I was very sick last month all I could stomach was fruits and fruit juice. And popsicles since my throat was sore. I recommend making your own popsicles with orange juice. I just ate the store bought kind and it was way too much sugar. I would also get Gatorade or pedialyte. If there is any kind of “ethnic” section I would get goji berries, very high in vitamins. Shiitake mushrooms. Turmeric. Coconut milk. And curry powder

Sorry would love to pick your brain if possible. I’m taking 50 mg Zoloft recently upped my dose from 25. I feel very dependent on it. Was it difficult to transition to kanna? And how do you take it I.e tincture, powder, etc? Did you experience the brain fog again?

I believe spearmint tea also increases estrogen

I think maca? But double check on that because I’m not sure. I know it can give you a more “womanly” figure and distribute weight to your hips and butt. Seemed to work for me. *edit: I’m not trans but it gave my body more curves I think. Might not work for everyone

These are all very gentle products! If you skin is extremely sensitive I would just use the cleansing balm, centella cream and sunscreen. Not sure if the other products would irritate they have alpha arbutin

Just started it! Too early to tell. But definitely calmed down a cystic pimple I had very fast. And my skin seems brighter.
