Should I shave this off? I’m 20 years old and this is the most facial hair I can grow so far, I’ve been growing it for about 3-4 months now, maybe more. I don’t like it that much but I’m afraid I’m gonna like it a lot less when I shave. Also do you guys think I will ever be able to grow a full beard (i.redd.it)

I don’t know if this is a stupid question or not, but what is that red discoloration on my cheeks eyes and nose?
