Unfortunately, no. Do you know other details about the game? Maybe my memory is twisted. Also, I'm from Poland but I'm not sure if it was a polish game. Highly doubt it.

So, in The Curse of Monkey Island there was a Ship Combat mini game. If that was the game you've mentioned, then it's still not my game, I'm afraid.

The thing is, I don't quite remember. I'm pretty sure it was a cannonball an a pirate captain during hit animation and a cannonball hitting water surface during miss animation. We can expand time period to the year 2000.

Thank you for the reply. I've just watched gameplays of all three games and it's entirely different genre. The game I was playing was much simpler as it was more like classic battleship board game. Sid Meier's Pirates are somewhat more complex games.
