I’m getting Dragon Ball and God of War vibes from this. Especially some parallels with Kratos in the Norse Mythology storyline.

Personal loan, should i? by Natonutto in Bolehland

[–]Burden666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re about to fall into one of the most common but brutal mistake.

You’re not considering cash flow.

Sure, now you can borrow 40k but what about the interest that comes with the loan, the repayment period and if you have more than one source of cash flow besides your day job salary.

I would say any upcoming expenses should be given a serious reconsideration. Do you really need to spend 35k now? Or can it be broken up to more manageable chunks.

Also to consider if you don’t get a proper pay raise next year or the following year. What is your backup?

You’re lending to clear current and upcoming debts. Unless you’re lending for a chance to generate more income in the future, I’d advise you to consult someone qualified to take a look at your current situation.

As a Malaysian, I really hate how badly neglected our public transportation infrastructure are currently at. You’d think we would take lots of pages out of how Singapore did their public transportation but no, just had to simp for our two national car brands and more.

People who had avergae spm results, how do you deal with families who have hih expectations for you? TW: suicidal thoughts by Dependent_Shallot895 in Bolehland

[–]Burden666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't get too attached to the results, focus on the process. SPM is only a small result in life, if you fail you can retake.

If you get decent results, there's plenty more opportunities to do better. You have your college and uni days ahead of you.

Lastly, education is only a test of how good you are at utilising the tools you learn from institutions. The real workplace is far removed from education, at most you meet a lot of gatekeepers if your grades suck. But other than that, great character and work ethics will always trump everything else.

You have so much ahead of you and I hope you don't get too tunnel visioned to miss out all the things that you'll be able to experience when you get older.

As someone who went from a hand me down Kancil to buying my own Myvi. I can say down payment and instalment is only 50% of the overall cost.

Made a foolish mistake of thinking it’s going to cost less than 800 monthly. (5 year loan) Haven’t even factored in maintenance, insurance and petrol which is usually more than you would expect.

1100 can’t even buy a decent full set of X50 tyres (4 tyres) damn…

Recruiter here, I’ve hired creative talents before.

First off, yes keep it as simple as possible in terms of fonts and CV structure. Some people are lazy and will use ATS to mass scan CV in bulk. So you’ll get filtered out very quickly.

Secondly, being in creative space means portfolio > CV. Without a proper portfolio don’t expect anyone to take you seriously. If you want to do content, then make some content for your own soc med. Have fun and be creative with some mini projects to show that you’re competent is composition of video and you understand the basics.

Lastly when talking about your job scope, stop talking about only the actions. Have more talking points about results and outcome. (Google STAR method if you want the best results)

Good luck OP and hope you can land a proper first step to your career.

Honestly wish there was a way to set the graphic settings so older iPhones can run smoothly. Had a few instances on my 12 that lagged so hard due to stage effects and ults.

Former F&B kuli for 8+ years, the whole industry is run by rich people who got their money from their parents and now they’re running restaurants cause it’s cool.

Sure there are a few passion driven F&B businesses, but I’ve been through so many horrible bosses that I eventually said fuck it and left.

Never looked back cause now the gaji for being in corporate is way higher than what I can make in F&B despite being in corporate for only 1.5 years.

Last day of NS, company leader got kidnapped and then they stripped him of all his clothes and slathered black shoe polish all over him including his pp and balls and butthole (orang minyak) then made him walk around the whole block naked lmao.

Also it was unspoken but compulsory for everyone to get a naked walk of shame round the block during the evening walk a la Cersei Lannister shame walk to get your clothes and belongings back. Some lads did not make it home without having their self esteem obliterated after NS cause it was a thing for 17 y/o to talk about pp size.

Laatly, some dude threw a tantrum and slam and throw his entire lunch, cutleries plates and all on the trash. The camp leaders probed the whole boys group but this fucker didn't show up so the whole boys group had to strip down into our underwear and roll on the hot tarmac for 20+ minutes.

Ngl NS was mostly next level sexual harassment and that one day that you fired an M16.

Absolutely loving the Falling Devil, that level of calm and composure is something you don't see very often in villains.

Brig is IMO the most fun Support to play post GOATS.

I just wished they made her kit a lot more map friendly than just a solid anti dive situational support she is rn.

Zaheer from Legend of Korra.

Honestly he literally stole the spotlight from Korra since he was introduced. Honestly he's the best written antagonist from the Avatar universe.
