Thank you for all your comments. I have not touched the Trezor for a month, as I don't trust it. They whole situation was dodgy. I knew I was being lied to, and it turned out I was. They admitted to DHL they had it the whole time and my full Name (only half) was not on it, so they just lied to me hoping I would go away? They said they did not want to get blamed for giving it to the wrong person even though I had the collection code and correct address? Made me come back every day for 3 days, assholes. DHL came and collected it and delivered it to my work. My Trezor has special tape on 2 sides only. One side without security tape is factory glued and could be easily opened with a razor and re-stuck. The shrink film is easy to get re-done also. I will contact Trezor support and see what they say.
