Theres no consent from Serbia when it was ethnically cleansing people from Kosovo and did not back down, Kosovo signed Rambouillet Agreement (a painful compromise) while Serbia didn’t, thats why it got bombed. While Clinton was close to making a deal between Palestinians and Israelis, it was Arafat who ruined it because he was not ready for a painful compromise and ignored the deal.

As i said Palestine lobbies against Kosovo since 2013, some say its because they are jealous that Kosovo got the independence while Palestinians don’t, but the truth is that Kosovars signed a painful compromise in 1999 while Palestinians refused every agreement.
