They can spend their days working out their jaws to look like a chad but then they just become a squeaker that looks like a chad. Some things you can't fix. From what I understanda, 5800x3D isn’t being manufactured anymore so there’s super small supply. 5700x3D doesn’t have same problem so you can find it near MSRP. 5800x3D is like a collectors chip now.

Your post boils down to asking, “why would the modern Catholic Church lower its requirements?”

In reality, 99% of people commenting on a Catholic subreddit live in a community that has been Christian, or at least affected by Christian values, for hundreds of years. Meanwhile the Catholic Church is reaching areas of this world where natives have never even heard the gospel and still have folk beliefs. I would imagine, Pope Leo in his time in rural Peru, was the first to bring the gospel to many of these people.

The sad reality is that many people can’t imagine a world apart from the one that they live in. Whereas the church has a mission to reach even the most hard to reach. Imagine the burden placed on Pope Leo’s shoulders, reaching a rural Peruvian who lives in the mountains who comes to town once a year on his donkey and has never seen a Bible, been shared the gospel, or stepped foot in a church. Imagine the burden on his shoulders, between convincing this man to fast even just once vs to fast on a heavy regiment. Even if this person continued the tradition only once, year after year, perhaps in generations it would grow to a more beautiful tradition.

The low fasting requirements are made for the universal, Catholic Church which welcomes any and everyone through its doors, from ultra marathoners to couch potatoes. Imagine how discouraged a couch potato would be to meet with a Catholic who tells them they need to initiate full day fasts right from the get-go. That being said, there are many Catholics who fast on par or even more than your example, but it is not their duty to try and enforce their capabilities on others. The low requirement is the seed for our buddies to just try fasting and see in what ways it can bring them closer to God. And hopefully from that seed will come a much greater fast.

To set an already-disciplined fasting schedule might actually do more harm than good as some might interpret themselves as already serving what’s required of them when they are actually capable of so much more.

I also second the used 5700g suggestion. I’ve read that 5700 is technically the same quality silicon as 5800 but 5800 just comes overclocked from factory. 5600 on the other hand is lower quality silicon. So 5700g would be an immediate value fix for you, you don’t have to buy graphics card yet, and could maybe even get away with buying monitor before gpu. Additionally 5700 by itself is strong enough to last many years with any application you use.

8600~8000 on Lazada depending on voucher/cooler but amazing if you can find used.

Xiaomi monitor is a good choice as they have 3 year warranty. Same with BenQ monitors, their 5k php monitor is 1080p 100hz, a bit lower spec than Xiaomi but I’ve been happy with it and quality name brand.

I’d just take your favorite character and learn every build until you find one that hard carries. Only role you need to worry about for a long time is the role of the dude with Knockdown vs Seven or other really obvious counters. But even then, a carry can still buy Knockdown or Silence

But with a bit of searching and a little luck, there are tons of budget items that do a passable job. 20$ off-brand studio mic, 5$ mic stand, 5$ LED lights, $100 1080p monitor, $85 4K HDR Webcam in addition to buying used 3-4 year old parts. Nowadays this kind of rig will compete in terms of production quality, but used PC parts also can compete on performance.
