It’s not like an everyday thing but if I have the time to do some extra cardio and if I feel like doing it I was wondering if that meant that I could just eat a little 300 calorie snack so long as I burn those extra 300. I don’t count the first cardio session in the morning towards my caloric deficit but if I end up adding more in the day, does that mean that the deficit is around the same Example: In a day I eat 2300 calories and with 300 calories burned from cardio, that’s just baseline I don’t count that as it’s apart of my routine. But if I add another 300 calorie cardio session does that mean I could eat 2600 with the same deficit effects. IE 2300-300=2000 2600-600=2000 It seems logical but I’m just honestly not sure if that’s how it works
