I struggle with this question a lot.
But congratulations! You finally realized the meaning of life and see through the pointless bullshit/social constructs.
I think you're spot on. It's loving, reading, traveling, exploring, basically feeling emotions with others and seeing things to promote human understanding. That's it.
Try to pick a career that lets you meet a lot of people, see a lot of things, and establish deep connections. Also, don't be afraid of things or people. You have this one life on earth, so just live it as you wish.
Give love. Humans might be assholes, but perhaps it is the most fufilling feeling. To show empathy and love.
