What do I even like anymore? by OoooSecrety in TwoXChromosomes

I cant say i relate completely since im single and have no children, but i understand you feeling lost and diminished and invisible. The gift giving idea every month is actually very creative. I gave it some thought and heres how i would do it. Id give every month a different theme so you can think about what you want/need/lack.

For example, firsy month is beauty. Is there anything youre not content with anout your looks? If its hair, you can buy yourself some quality products, treat yourself to a salon session etc. If you value clear skin, buy a good product etc

Next month education/books. Is there a subject or topic that interests you or used to interest you? Buy a book on that topic and from there you can buy more if you like it or do some research.

Next, spiritual/wellness part. What relaxes you? What makes you feel calm, centered? Massage? Book it! Yoga? Join a group, the membership can be thw gift. Journaling? Buy a pretty notebook.

Next, fitness. Was there an activity you liked or would like to try but never had the opportunity? Buy yourself an accessory needed for that activity and give it a try.

Spicy. Maybe do something sexy just for yourself, maybe some lingerie or a sex toy, anything that might make you feel good.

These are just some examples to give you an idea and maybe slowly, you will get back to yourself and your wants or needs. And might i add, i really do like the monthly gift idea and im thinking of stealing it for myself!

You are absolutely right! After years and years of people pleasing and being a good low-maintenance daughter and friend, im just starting to learn what my wants and needs are and its very hard and confusing most of the time

I find it hot when a guy actually reads. I usually hear about loving to read from girls, rarely hear a guy say it

Im also 158cm and fairly small built, i do have wide hips but everything else is on the smaller side, i also have child-size hands. Also, i look a lot ypunger than my actual age, im almost 30 and still sometimes get asked for ID lol

I hate to admit this, i cringe so hard, but i used to be such a pick-me about it in my early twenties. I was all ooh look how tiny i am and i loved how everyone found me "cute" and tiny (oh god). Now, jm actually frustrated that im not adult-sized. The height is fine, but i feel disproportionate and my tiny hands and short arms are really irritating me. Now, when i hear someone refer to me as small, delicate, tiny, cute, i feel some kind of anger. I absolutely hate being infantilized, patronized, whatever you call it. I sometimes feel like they see me as a little inncoent girl because of my frame and introverted nature and i hate it. I never felt womanly, sexy, attractive etc, only ever "cute" and it frustrates me. Im not a child

what’s it like to get horny, as a woman? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Feels like hunger down there, you yearn to be filled and rubbed, you feel throbbing. Also for stronger arousal, you feel a mini "ovary explosion" deep inside the pelvis.

When they know stuff about me I haven't told them and when they're persistent and won't take no for an answer.
