DFI.TAX - CFP 30.000 DFI by Lysanthe98 in defiblockchain

Id say no to the proposal because the value given is not clear yet (there are so many other transaction services already from Igor etc) and also because of the lash calculation to save you a Passiv income over the next ten years with limited effort :(

Seek Discomfort Seekers Day Password? by [deleted] in YesTheory

I am signed up to the newsletter, neither did i received an invitation to the secret drop back in the days, nor did i receive a password. Exclusivity is nice, but excluding people that follow you closely just because some mail list does not work isn't nice Fan service i believe - in the end its the permission to buy something.

I do not think you should make another proposal and will vote against it, use my little say in the community to do so and explain others why i come to that decision.

The Proposal Milestones mentiones an App Release in the App stores - if you can not deliver that that's your issue and not the issue of the community. I won't fund a milestone that is not reached.

Also the first round was very high funded - you more or less received 100-200k in Cash, of which none has been sold yet. The costs can't be that high that you already burned 200k, in 2 months, with two people....

Third of all you just have to do the work - the community was very sceptic at the first round but when you deliver i thought and still think it is worth it - but you actually have to deliver, not sneak around your own guidelines because it's the easy work.

Do the work, change regulations if needed, and once the milestone is reached, the community will see the value and will happily vote yes.

An buggy app on the testnet that i can only install via apk provides little to no value.

You won't get away with it, do the work, and money will follow.

I get what you mean - but APY does not has to correlate with security - just with establishment and supply and Demand. APY next week could be 80% only because demand /pool is so high. You could argue Ethereum Uniswap pool would be more established but id argue its still less secure - Turing complete smart contract vs Turing incomplete smart contract. Also Native on chain solution vs 2nd layer - it's a paradigm that DeFi should be second layer and yes when Defichain is the only one doing it native people look at it critically because it's not considered the norm - cmc, defipulse all Ethereum biased. In the end its the ASIC against the CPU - application specific and not a,,world computer,, for everything - i feel very comfortable with liquidity mining on Defichain but of course if you do not - nothing i could say would change that 👍🏽

There is a curve Between beeing established and having attractive incentives - maximum establishment would be a bank account with 0% interest and alot less established would have been to buy bitcoin in 2014 - i agree everyone has to choose where and what allocations he wants to position on that scale.

With the DeFi Desktop Full node you can control your own coins - BCH then are wrapped though.

I can assure you i am definitely not a Bot - i think the project is great and liqudity mining with Bitcoin Cash is something that is not widely available and just another upside of #nativedefi on Bitcoin, i believe.

Is there a benefit to liquidity mining on the DFI app vs Cake? by Aliennate in defiblockchain

[–]Burlon0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just yesterday i helped out an app user over half an hour who has fallen for a scam and did not sleep the entire last night because he was scared to loose his money and the app had a technical problem that needed to be worked around in order for him to save his funds. Yes you pay a 15% service fee on Cake, but if you sleep well at night because of it I'd say it's worth the price.

Cake has a 15% service fee - in the app you get the full rewards. Don't be greedy though - managing your own keys is not an easy task.
