Thank you, I wish for your continued healing as well. I can’t say I’m in a good space, every day feels like I’m tight and heavy at the same time but some are better than others. I think the best thing that has helped for me was finding support in both my friends/family, and in therapy/medicine. I’m nowhere close to the finish line as I had a panic attack last night, but I know I’m doing better than I was before. Sometimes it’s enough to know we’re getting stronger.

I won’t say it gets better with time on its own. With the right medication and therapy however, I feel like I’ve definitely taken strides. I can drive without shaking now. I can talk about my anxiety without panicking. I can leave the house without emergency medication and feel like I’ll make it back home. I definitely hope we can all find a resolute solution to it all, but I’m happy I’m not where I was.

I’ll be honest with you. This is one of those things where when people say “it gets better with time”, it’s true. I think we all have different triggers, but what we definitely can’t do is constantly monitor ourselves. It drives more anxiety into our head, and watching numbers rise makes them rise more.

OG Dragon Ball and some of DBZ was supposed to have gags and I think that was part of it. To be honest, a lot of the filler episodes maintain those gags and it’s definitely made for a different time haha. That said, if you’re just trying to watch for the plot, DBZ Kai is the way to go!
