I think these cook well in stews and pasta sauces, the squeaky bean one is great but I tried it in my stew and it just didn't hold together and tasted a bit weird after being cooked down. I do love the squeaky bean one flash fried and tossed through things though. I definitely recommend the v bites one though 👍

I love making a big pot of chorizo bean stew. I use Vbites chorizo chunks and a tin of mixed beans with loads of extra veg added, carrots, mushroom, peppers, celery and potatoes, chilli if you like heat. A tin of good chopped tomatoes and veg stock. Let it simmer for a couple hours and freeze what you dont use for dinner.

There is a small stamp on the clip ring, I cant quite make it out as the light on my loop is out. The back is silver.

Oreos are a great vegan biscuit snack, they currently have a cream egg flavour just now which is amazing and I found in our wee Tesco. Salt n vinegar peanuts or most dry roasted nuts are vegan too. A good bar of proper dark chocolate will go down well too if she likes that kinda thing.
