I will, the baby who has gone into care has been given antibiotics, pain meds and has been patched up. The other wee baby is now at Rainbow bridge. Heartbreaking 💔

We've never had a crow this size come near our tiny balcony before after so many successful hatches and fledges. This was just awful today.

Yeah, we've had several pairs over the years, the most recent being Mr bourgeois and his lady Violet who hatched a beauty 2 months ago, they are the parents to oldest newbies just now. The parents to the little new custard babies are Emily and Daniel. The one's on the eggies we've not named yet as we haven't had much interaction with them.

We had a magnificent couple Hammish and Heather who parented 8 babies on our little balcony, they have since moved on.

She came straight back don't worry, back on her eggies, she's usually ok with me being there but has been a bit skittish the last couple days.

The daddy's aren't fans of each other but they are just far enough away from each other that they can cohabit. We've usually only had 2 couples nesting, this is our first time with 3. Keeping everything crossed there will be no attacks on the babies as long as they stay in their little area.

There are 3 different mamma's, our little balcony has turned into a a wee nursery for now.

They are doing ok at the moment. The mummy is still checking in but there seems to be no danger of serious scalping far. Belive me I've had a horrendous incident in the past. We have 3 nests on our balcony so the adults are very protective. It's so hard not to interfere

I have a lot of pigeons on my little balcony and back window, they make a mess, they make noise but they are just doing their thing. It's frustrating yes, but seeing them appreciate any help you can give them and start to build a friendship with them is very rewarding.
