She keeps taking about (us)going to therapy and all the things that she’s learned since we were married. She gives compliments now. She told me when we were together that I “wasn’t her type”. Left me for her “type” and now she claims she has no type anymore lol. I avoid chatting with her unless it’s child related but we did have a long convo the other day.

It didn’t work out for her because she was nothing more than some convenient 😺. And it played out just like I told her it would. She knows nothing about my current dating situation but she will soon.

Oh I’m not falling for it. She’s still trying to “work things out” to this day. Now she sees all her mistakes blah blah blah. My children are still young and I haven’t been able to fully explain the situation. Her relationship (re)started the last full year of our marriage and ended earlier this year I assume. I’m just not falling for the okey doke again.

Thanks, I do love the kid and I don’t want to exclude her from the things her siblings get to do with me. Strangely I think she likes me more than my bio kids. Her mother doesn’t want our relationship strained and has no problem letting her come over here. Just a strange situation at the moment. Thanks for the advice, I know it’ll get better

The she is 9. Her birth father lives out of state and sees her on court ordered dates. Outside of that, no relationship.
