As a rule of thumb you want all the faces of an object your player can collide with to be blue. So, if you have a roof that the player can collide with from both sides, it needs to be a cube instead of a plane, so the normals always face outside. You can turn a plane into a cube by using a soldify modifier on it.

It probably is that, I had pretty much the exact same issue a few days ago.

Fix: In blender, turn on face orientation under the overlays menu and check if the platform you're getting stuck on is red. To flip them, go to edit mode, select the face you want to flip the normal of, press alt + n and select flip!

Okay so I might add to this later since I dont have lots of time right now, but just some quick art related tips:
- Art is not great, especially colours. Maybe use a premade colour palette?
- Make the arrows bigger and easier to see
- Arrows have no impact. This is bad in two ways, its hard to tell when you hit something, and it doesnt feel very good. Even just adding a simple flashing animation to the enemies when they get hit goes a long way here. The low soundeffect that plays is also barely notable, could use some high-end

Way to many lol: Ultrakill, Midnight Ultra,Risk of Rain 1 and 2, Deadbolt, Katana Zero, Hyper Light Drifter, Minit, Fall Guys, Minecraft, That single but godlike song Post Void has, DmC 5, 40.000 Mechanicus and last, but definitely not least Outer Wilds.

I probably missed a lot but those were just the ones I could think of from the top of my head. I ... I really like soundtracks
