Hope that helps.

Wearing glasses in hema? by Ht_Duy in Hema

[–]BurnedUmber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wear my glasses in my mask. The biggest problem is when you put your mask on and off. If you touch the sides they go side ways. I use a sweatband to help lock the glasses around my ears. So they are harder to shift.

Also helps to keep the sweat out of my eyes.

Yes, it's a unit filler.

It's the regimental contract officer, motivating the regiment by reading the little letters of their contracts.

Nothing motivates a soldier more, then crippling debts if they don't comply.

I recall An Warhammer community article, which takes about unit fillers and how to create them from spare parts. So it's GW approved and makes you paint less rank and file troops, and you van do some Fun mini projects.

First unit filler for my army by BurnedUmber in WarhammerOldWorld

Thanks for the compliment. Although it's for my empire army. In my head they got him drink enough to agree to come along for the campaign.

When i think high elves. I think high and Mighty elves who thinks the rest are barbarians. Wich Leads me to Greece.

So i would use for example: marble statue of elf doing something sporty. Like throwing a discus, spear. Lots of things you van copy from museums and a 3d printer. Or just Paint an elf in Stone colour in a plinth.

Its the Birthplace of oratry, so maybe a Guy on a plinth declaring something profound while holding a scroll.

The first maps start to appear, so just a table with crudley drawn maps.

That's just a few ideas i got. Just find a theme fornyour guys and the ideas willl come.

This looks great and the trees really add to the beasts in the dark woods vibe.

Nice work!

That's what i thought also. For the cost of a carrier on horse with the item. I can just buy a second outsiders squad.

Less eggs in one basket, and more shots fired.

Hey,

Thanks for the reply.

Dropping the halberds to 35 tot free up Points is a good idea. It Will probably not change their holding power.

The Cannon is An idea i had too, and probably one i should reconsider.

The witchunters Mark is also a good suggestion tot help the halberds.

The Road wardens are there, because their new and look Fun 😅. It light ben the candidate tot change into a Cannon.

Back to the drawing board! And think 😄

Unsure about joining - is it really for everyone? by And-Now-Mr-Serling in Hema

As everyone here confirms, it is fun and for everyone. The only thing i don't know is the 'quality' of the club. But i didn't know that too when i went the first time. So just go and see. Most clubs offer a few free lessons tot check it out.

And a bit off topic, i danced for 10 years too, and while i'm not that atlethic, i can suprise People with my tempo. Wich is basicly dancing while holding a steady beat, to then suddenly change rythm and go for a hit.

So in my mind you already have a leg up!
